Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on November 1, 2013, the Defendant made it difficult to identify the car registration plate by putting part of the number plate on the Defendant’s vehicle registration number plate of the enclosed-dong, Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, by using the advertising paper paper on the Defendant’s vehicle registration plate.
