1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;

B. From March 7, 2017, KRW 3,00,000 and the above.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication.

3. Since the Defendant did not pay monthly rent from September 7, 2016 to March 6, 2017, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay rent of KRW 3,000,000 for six months from September 7, 2016 to March 6, 2017 and KRW 500,00 for each month from March 7, 2017 to the completion date of delivery of the building listed in the attached Table.

The plaintiff's claim exceeding this part is dismissed.
