1. The Defendant from March 16, 201 to the completion date of delivery of the building indicated in the separate sheet from KRW 10,000 to KRW 10,000.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 15, 2015, the Plaintiff, the owner of the building listed in the attached list (hereinafter referred to as the “instant building”) leased the instant building to the Defendant with a security deposit of KRW 10 million and KRW 700,000 per month (payment on April 30, 2015). The Defendant received a security deposit and received a delivery of the deposit, and operated the child care center under the name “C child care center” at this time.
B. The above lease agreement clearly states that “The building of this case is sold to a third party during the Do to a third party, as of April 30, 2016, and if the building is not sold to a third party, as of July 30, 2016.”
C. On November 4, 2016, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a certificate of content that “The instant lease term is until April 30, 2017, and there is no intention to renew the instant building upon the termination of the said term,” and the said certificate of content was served on the Defendant around that time.
On the other hand, the Defendant did not pay rent corresponding to the 30th day of each month among monthly rent, ① December 2015, ② May 2016, ③ July 3, 2016, which is to be paid by the Defendant on the 30th day of each month. The amount paid late is appropriated first, and the monthly rent after March 16, 2017 is not paid.

2. The parties' assertion
A. On November 4, 2016, the Plaintiff notified the Defendant of the refusal to renew the instant lease contract, and the lease contract was terminated. Moreover, the lease contract is lawful by being served on the Defendant with a copy of the instant complaint containing the intent of the Defendant to notify the termination of the contract on the grounds that the Defendant delayed payment of more than three times of rent.
