1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. With respect to Nonparty A and B 4.5 tons car trucks (hereinafter “Plaintiff 1”), the Plaintiff is an insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile insurance contract with Nonparty C with D (hereinafter “Plaintiff 2”).

B. On December 18, 2013, at around 07:16, A driving the Plaintiff 1’s vehicle and driving the 1st-way road in front of the F in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, with a speed of about 73 km each hour, a vehicle stopped from a bus stop on the front of the bus stops in front of the bus stops in front of the opposite part of the bus stops, and subsequently, from the bus end to the bus, a vehicle stopped on the right side of the road at a point of about 20 meters away from the crosswalk to the right side of the direction A, and caused the Plaintiff 1 to die from the road (hereinafter “instant 1 accident”).

3) On January 9, 2014 and February 19, 2014, the Plaintiff, the insurer of Plaintiff 1, paid KRW 65,756,00,00 to G’s bereaved family H as a total amount of damages for the instant accident. 4) On the road where the instant instant accident occurred, the road management authority is the “national 13 line” and the said crosswalk was installed in Chungcheongnam-do and Chungcheongnam-do.

On the other hand, the passenger getting on and off the bus stops installed by the defendant.

C. At around 16:52 on December 4, 2015, the instant two accidents: (a) Plaintiff 2: (b) driven by Plaintiff 2 and stopped in a bus stop at the bus stop, and (c) Plaintiff 2: (a) the previous bus stops in the bus stop in the bus stop in front of the multiple side office where the multiple side of the number of side streets 150 are located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun; and (b) Plaintiff 2: (a) the previous bus stops in the bus stop in the bus stop, and (b) the bus stops in the opposite road beyond the center of yellow solid lines for overtaking the bus; and (c) the bus parked from the bus under the said stop to the right side of the road along the crosswalk installed in front of the urban bus.
