Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On July 1, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Ulsan District Court on July 1, 201, and completed the execution of the above punishment at the Ulsan District Court on November 7, 201.

1. On November 15, 2013, the Defendant, “2015 Highest 2429,” said that the Defendant changed the construction cost to the victim’s electric repair work and the tension construction work cost to the victim under the operation of the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D.

The defendant received 3620,000 won from the injured party as the name of the construction price on the same day.

In addition, the Defendant received a total of KRW 1,532,00 from four victims, such as the list of offenses (1) as shown in the attached Table (1) from December 13, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received property from the victims.

2. "2016 Highest 576".

A. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the Victim H to complete the interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior works and facilities of the game room located in the G Game Center in the G Game Center F at the time of the racing on or around March 13, 2015; and (b) requested the Victim H to complete the interior interior interior works and facilities of the game room at the time of the racing.

As such, the Defendant deceivings the victim, and up to one million won through the Agricultural Cooperative Account (J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day from the victim.
