A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 8, 2014, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 601, the Defendant joined a member by accessing “C”, which is an Internet sports earth site, and then, the Defendant paid KRW 219,589 to the “D”, which is an overseas settlement site connected with the above gambling site, using the game money in the name of the Defendant, which was charged with the payment of KRW 219,589, and displayed the winnings, scores, and scores of the sports games, such as domestic and foreign professional axiss, etc., and was paid at a fixed rate when meeting the results of the games. From around that time to August 27, 2016, the Defendant Gamb Park in the manner of receiving the remaining cyber money at a fixed rate, and then paid KRW 17,265,65,00 by means of the above 511 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
Accordingly, the defendant, by issuing similar things to sports promotion voting rights and providing property to a person who correctly predicted the result, gambling by using the Internet sports soil site.
