A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

One (Evidence No. 1) shall be confiscated for a salking fuel that has been seized.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a victim B (n, 50 years of age) and a person who was living together from January 2014.

1. 3. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act;

A. On October 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by carrying a knife and knife dangerous things on the part of the victim’s vessel and on the part of the knife at the location described in paragraph (1) at approximately 00:0-02:00, which was located in the kitchen at the location described in paragraph (1).

B. 4. On November 12, 2014, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) carries a dangerous object, such as the victim’s appearance of the excessive excess, which is a dangerous object at the location specified in paragraph (1), to kill and kill the victim as his/her times at the location specified in paragraph (1), and the victim appears to have expressed his/her attitude that would inflict bodily harm if he/she does not comply with his/her request.
