1. Defendant A’s imprisonment with prison labor for six years and fines for 220,000,000 won, Defendant B’s imprisonment for five years and fines for 170,00,000 won, and Defendant A’s imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

【Defendant A is a person dismissed on September 28, 2016 after having been discharged from his position on September 28, 2016 when he continued to work until February 27, 2014 as a research institute (a contracting position) for the commission of the radioactive health institute (the title of the radioactive health institute was changed to a team thereafter) affiliated with the Korea Telecommunication Institute (hereinafter “Korea Telecommunication Institute”) (hereinafter “Korea Telecommunication”) and continued to work until February 27, 2014.

Defendant

B, from May 16, 2003 to June 6, 2004, he/she is a commissioned staff of the Nuclear Health Institute attached to a water source from May 16, 2003 to a water source from June 6, 2004; the O team commissioned staff from June 7, 2004 to March 1, 2006; the P team commissioned staff, employee, and principal employee from March 2, 2006 to December 7, 2015; and the staff from December 8, 2015 to September 28, 2016 to be in charge of entering into a contract between the radiation health center and the supplier; and was removed from his/her position on September 28, 2016.

Defendant

C is a person who was employed in one water source in around 2005 and served as a team staff of the Korea Radiation Health Institute M Team located in the water source from around 2009 and was in charge of health examinations, etc., and from February 2, 2014, he/she was in charge of ordering medical devices, equipment, reagents, etc. necessary in the M Team, etc.

Defendant

D The director of the LAD, who is the supplier company of medical appliances, etc. of the radiation health center affiliated with one won, was in fact in charge of the business affairs of the LAD and the LAD. Since August 2013, the LAD established the LAD and is in charge of the business affairs of the LAD and the LAD. Since August 2013, it is a person who is in charge of the representative director of the LAT.

Han Won was designated on January 24, 201 by the Notice of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance as the “market-type public corporation” on January 24, 201, and “market-type public corporation” is one of the public institutions under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, and is “public corporation” under Article 5(3)1 of the same Act.
