Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to a two-year probation on March 31, 2016 to six-month imprisonment with labor for breach of trust in the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon District Court's branch on April 8, 2016, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on April 8, 2016, and Defendant C is a person who was sentenced to a two-year probation on August 7, 2014 to a two-year probation on August 15, 2014 by the Busan High Court for a bribe receipt and a breach of trust acceptance and a violation of trust acceptance and the judgment becomes final and conclusive.
