All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

For the reasons indicated in its holding, the lower court upheld the first instance judgment that acquitted Defendant A on the ground that there was no proof of a crime regarding the fraud of around March 2015 among the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant A and the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant B, and reversed the first instance judgment that found Defendant A guilty on the ground that there was no proof of a crime regarding the fraud of around February 2015 among the facts charged in the instant case against Defendant A, and sentenced Defendant A not guilty.

In light of the records, the lower judgment that acquitted the Defendants of the whole facts charged of this case did not err by misapprehending the facts against logical and empirical rules or by violating the principle of direct deliberation, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
