The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty on the fraud of each of the facts charged in this case on the grounds stated in its reasoning and found the Defendant not guilty. In so doing, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles as to the joint principal offender or by violating the principle of direct deliberation,

Meanwhile, although the prosecutor appealed against the entire judgment of the court below, the prosecutor does not state the grounds of objection against the petition of appeal or the reasoning of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
