1. The Defendant’s KRW 130,370,234 as well as 5% per annum from April 25, 2015 to August 17, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a special corporation established under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Insurance Act”), which is entrusted by the Minister of Employment and Labor to conduct industrial accident compensation insurance business, and the future construction corporation (hereinafter “unborn construction”) is the Plaintiff’s insured, and Nonparty B is a future construction worker.

B. Future construction was a new studio building on the ground C when a studio building was located, and the gas construction portion among them was subcontracted to the Defendant at KRW 5,500,000 of the construction cost on March 14, 2012.

C. On July 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) put the gas pipes influoring liquefied petroleum gas into the said studio building and the gas boiler installed in each household into the pipe pipe, and (b) supplied liquefied petroleum gas to the boiler in each locked method.

However, the gas boiler installed after the Defendant’s work failed to properly lock the voltage of metal fexpos, thereby leaking the volume of liquefied petroleum gas from 19 cubic meters. In such a situation, B, on July 10, 2012, installed a studio 303 of the above studio building 303, which caused gas explosion due to the electrical power source on the instant net liquefied petroleum gas from the studio.

The Defendant, who is engaged in the gas supply facility business, confirms the sound from gas to flow, checks whether non-snackers et al. were accurately cut off at a V part of the above connection pipe, and takes measures to prevent gas from spreading, and neglects the duty of care to inject gas into boiler and thereby causes gas to flow out.
