1. The Defendants: 12,689,003 won each within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased C and 12,150 among them.

In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6, the facts of the changed reasons for the claim are acknowledged.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants succeeded to C’s credit card usage-price obligation against C, and the inheritance of C’s property was subject to qualified acceptance, and thus, C is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff money equivalent to one-half shares of the above obligation and damages for delay within the scope of inherited property.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted.
