A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and two years of suspended execution, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 20, 2014.
The defendant is the father of the victim B (the birth of January 2006).
1. Around March 2013, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Northern-gu, Northern-gu, Mapo-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-gu, Mapo-gu, on the ground that the victim is not well boomed; and (b) the head of the victim
As a result, the Defendant committed a cruel act that damages the victim’s body at the same time, causing the victim’s bodily harm.
2. Violation of the Child Welfare Act;
A. Around 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of A around A, 2013, using shower devices for the reason that the victim was not well-known in his/her bath room at the above Defendant’s house, and caused the victim to feel aground by continuously blocking the victim’s face for 2-3 minutes.
As a result, the defendant abused the victim and at the same time abused the child's body.
B. Around October 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around October 2013, 2013, around 7 to 8 times the victim’s brooms were brooms located at the above Defendant’s house on the ground that it is not good for the Defendant to grow off.
As a result, the defendant abused the victim and at the same time abused the child's body.
C. From October to November 2013, the Defendant committed the crime around 11, 2013, on the grounds that the Defendant was flat at the Defendant’s house from October to November 2011, 2013, and that it was not good for the Defendant to grow up to seven to eight.
As a result, the defendant abused the victim and at the same time abused the child's body.
