A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

around 05:04 on November 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim C’s “D” restaurant operated by Seopo-si B, Seopo-si; (b) stolen cash, 400,000 won, which was kept in a credit cooperative located on the settlement unit, from the victim’s possession, and stolen the said cash, which was kept in the credit cooperative located on the settlement unit, from around November 11, 2019; and (c) committed an attempted theft of another’s property by impairing the building at night on five occasions in total, as indicated in the list of crimes, by November 2, 2019.

1. From around 03:30 on August 16, 2019 to around 04:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to “G” operated by the Victim F in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu; and (b) intruded into the door; and (c) stolen a computer with approximately KRW 3.50,000,00 of the market price of the victim’s possession.

2. At around 07:20 on August 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen a victim’s “JPC” operated by the victim I in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon; (b) stolen with cash equivalent to approximately KRW 150,000,000, which was the victim’s possession; and (c) one stude on the display stand.

3. Around 10:00 on July 10, 2019, the Defendant was issued food and alcoholic beverages worth KRW 12,500,00 in total, as if he/she had no intent or ability to pay food value because of the fact in “M” operated by the Victim L in Michuhol-gu Incheon, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, did not have cash or means of payment, such as a card.
