At around 19:30 on November 7, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.152%, driven a 5km car from around 19:40 on the front side of the “Songyangyang-gun cafeteria” located in Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, to the front side of the “airport youth” located in Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.
