A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. "2017 Highest 1143";

A. From December 31, 2016, at around 17:00 on December 31, 2016, the Defendant: (a) taken advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim D in Gyeyang-gu Incheon is neglected; (b) one credit card owned by the victim in the part of the victim in the part of the E station operated by the victim D; and (c) a thief.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

B. On December 31, 2016, the Defendant, within G convenience stores located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon on December 18, 2016, entered a new credit card acquired as described in paragraph (1) in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the victim H, and then withdrawn KRW 700,000, and then used the said credit card as cash services.

2) On January 3, 2017, at around 13:44, the Defendant: (a) stored a new credit card acquired as described in paragraph (1) in the cash withdrawal machine managed by the NH Nonghyup Bank located in the Dong area of the operations of the NH Nonghyup Bank located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Incheon, and then withdrawn KRW 700,000 from the said credit card under the name of cash service; (b) entered a password known in advance; and (c) used the said credit card.

3) On January 3, 2017, at around 13:46, the Defendant: (a) stored a new credit card acquired as described in paragraph (1) in a cash withdrawal machine managed by the NH Nonghyup Bank located in the NH Nong branch located in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and then withdrawn and steals KRW 700,000 as a cash service; and (b) used the said credit card.

2. On December 24, 2016, the Defendant stated that “Around 20:00 on December 24, 2016, the Defendant would purchase tobacco at a 50% low price to fest and pay to the victim K, L, and M, which was smoking in Ja or smoking room of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu I building of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon.”
