A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was in dispute between the victim D(35 tax) and the floor noise problem, which is the residents of B apartment house C in light of light life.

1. 4.
