A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B and C, from July 26, 2017 to June 19, 2020, operated Dtel E, F, G, H, I, J, K, K, business name P (P, business name Q), R (R, business name S), T (T, V (T, V, business name M), 2 name-free boxes (Y), etc. as women of sexual traffic, with the trade name "Z", "AA", and "AB", and the defendant and AC serve as the head of the business office, and perform their roles such as officetels and management of commercial sex acts, management of commercial sex acts, management of commercial sex acts, women's reservation, payment, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B, C, and AC to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
