The Defendant is an entertainment drinking house proprietor in Busan-gu B.

1. The owner or an employee of a business establishment banned from allowing access by and employing juveniles shall verify the age of each person entering into the business establishment and shall prohibit juveniles from entering the business establishment;

Nevertheless, around 03:36 on February 12, 2020, the Defendant entered the above entertainment tavern without verifying the identity card of 8 juvenile D(18 years of age).

2. No one shall sell, lend, distribute, or provide juveniles with, drugs harmful to juveniles, etc. free of charge;

Nevertheless, the Defendant sold to eight juveniles, such as D(18 years of age, south) at the same time and place under the above 1.1.
