Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is running a danran business, which is a juvenile harmful business establishment, with the trade name of “Dran tavern” in C and 2nd floor at permanent residence (Permission No. 50 on January 15, 2013) with permission to conduct a danran business from a permanent residence market.

1. The owner and the employee of a business establishment banned from allowing juveniles to access the business establishment by verifying the age of the person entering the business establishment and allowing juveniles to access the business establishment. However, on June 23, 2014, the Defendant entered the business establishment without verifying the age of the juvenile E (n, 17 years old), F (n, 17 years old) and F (n, 17 years old).

2. Although anyone was prohibited from selling, lending, distributing, or providing juveniles with drugs harmful to juveniles without compensation, the Defendant sold the drugs harmful to juveniles to approximately KRW 38,000,00, without verifying the age of juvenile E (n, the age of 17) and F (n, the age of 17) at “Ddan” around June 23, 2014.
