Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2018, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven B-low-scale car under the influence of alcohol content of about 100 0.196% of alcohol content in blood, from the side of the apartment shop located adjacent to the Busan Nam-gu, Busan-do, to the front of the 202-dong apartment with the same large-scale keeping apartment.
