Criminal facts

From around 2003, the Defendant got into a de facto marital relationship with the victim C (V, 60 years of age), and had been using serious violence from time to time, such as drinking or sprinking the victim at the time of drinking alcohol.

On October 25, 2016, from around 16:00 to 16:23 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) in the dwelling space of the victim in Chungcheongnam-do-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (D) and 401 of the same day; (b) while drunkly doing a dispute with the victim, and had the victim die of the victim’s right chest at one knife-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si; (c) had the victim kills to kill the victim; and (d) had the victim die of the victim’s chest at that place.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
