Criminal facts

At around 21:40 on November 30, 2017, the Defendant, at the house of F, F, G, and victim H (59 years of age) located in a food table, brought a dispute with the victim who was under the age of the Defendant against the Defendant. After that, the Defendant got out of the floor due to the victim’s face, the Defendant got out of the floor, and had the victim died of the victim’s left chest at one more depth on November 23, 2017, and 7:31, 2017, the Defendant had the victim died of the Defendant’s body at the old University.

Accordingly, the Defendant murdered the victim.
