1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the plaintiffs is modified as follows. A.

(1) Defendant G is the Plaintiff B’s 16,168.

Facts of recognition

The Plaintiffs, as to the Defendants, set forth in the following order: (a) Plaintiff C, Defendant C, 12,868,000, KRW 113,000, KRW 32,868,00 on July 30, 2010, KRW 200, KRW 14,655,000, KRW 3,000, KRW 13,000, KRW 113,000, KRW 42,868,000 on November 23, 2010, KRW 4,000, KRW 4,000, KRW 113,000, KRW 4,000, KRW 4,000, KRW 33,782,00,00, KRW 87,000 on November 17, 2010, the Plaintiffs leased to the Defendants’ stores in the order of each of the following:

Each lease contract between the plaintiffs and the defendants on monthly rent and late payment charge of the lease agreement shall be set forth as follows:

Article 4 (Monthly Rent; hereinafter the same shall apply) (1) "B (Lessee; hereinafter the same shall apply)" shall pay the amount set forth in the column for "mark of leased real estate" in Article 1 of this Agreement as monthly rent and the value-added tax thereon to the account designated by "A (Lessor; hereinafter the same shall apply)" by no later than the 30th day of the relevant month.

(2) The monthly rent shall be charged for the first two years after the contract is concluded, and the rent after two years shall be adjusted by consultation between A and B.

(3) Monthly rents shall be collected based on the period of one month from the opening date of a commercial building.

Where the end of the opening date of a commercial building or the lease contract is in the middle of a month, the monthly rent shall be calculated according to the number of lease days of the relevant month.

(5) If the monthly rent is overdue after the lapse of the payment deadline, the late payment charge specified in Article 9 shall be paid together.

Article 9 (Arrears Fee) (1) Where a “B” fails to pay rent, management expenses, publicity expenses, and all other charges to be borne under this Agreement under Articles 4, 6, and 7 within a given period, the overdue rate shall be applied thereto.
