A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant tried to establish an Internet banking system against D and legal women who were married in around 2007 and who became a legally married couple, and around June 2016, the defendant attempted to assist the above D to open an Internet banking system.
In the process of obtaining a certified certificate in the name of AD in the above region, it was intended to open a mobile phone in the name of the female, receive a credit card, etc. and obtain a loan application via the Internet.
1. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) accessed “F”, a stock company E’s website, via the Internet; (b) entered the aforementioned D’s name, resident number, address, and settlement account number on the screen of the application for the mobile phone; and (c) drafted the file for the application for the mobile phone in the name of D with a certified certificate issued under D, thereby making the electronic records of the application for the mobile phone subscription in the name of D with the intent to obstruct the handling of affairs; and (d) compiled the electronic records of the application for the mobile phone subscription in the name of D with the intent to cause an error in handling affairs, and (e) kept the electronic records as if the electronic records were duly established.
In addition, from around that time to June 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) forged electronic records on rights and obligations under the name of D with an intent to conduct business affairs over a total of six occasions, such as the attached list (1) in attached Form No. 1; and (b) exercised electronic records so that they can be kept as if they were duly formed.
2. Fraudulent, computer, and other fraud;
A. On June 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) was either the Defendant, or a person who was duly authorized by D, at a closed site on a around June 9, 2016; (b) was committed as if the amount of the use was fully paid; and (c) was written as if the amount of the use was fully paid; and (d) was written as indicated in the preceding paragraph.
