A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 12, 2016, the Defendant, within the D agency located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, entered a password in the computer program for application for subscription to a package, entered “E”, “F” in the “application form for subscription to a wire product” into the “E”, “F” in the “G Incheon Bupyeong-gu H2 floor,” and “F” in the “G Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, and the “F” in the statutory agency column,” and “J” in the “I” and “F” in the statutory agency column, and signed in the name of the legal agent column, to make administrative affairs smooth, and sent it to the branch PC.

2. On July 13, 2016, the Defendant, within the D agency located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, entered a password in the computer program for application for subscription to a package, visited the customer information column for application for subscription to the “Juvenile Mobile Call New Contract” to enter the “E,” “F,” and “K Incheon Bupyeong-gu L,” respectively, into the “E,” the “F,” and the “F,” and the “K Incheon Bupyeong-gu L,” respectively, in the legal form of the minor’s legal representative,” and sent it to the branch PC for the purpose of handling the affairs by signing the electronic document in the name of the legal representative.

3. On July 15, 2016, the Defendant, within the D agency located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, entered a password into the computer program for application for subscription to a package, and entered “E,” “F,” “F,” and “M Incheon Bupyeong-gu N,” into the file format customer information column for application for subscription to a file, and signed “I” and “I” on the minor’s legal consent column.
