Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to provide domestic fee-charging job placement services shall register with a branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering a fee job placement service with the competent authority from November 5, 2019 to February 13, 2020, operated a fee-charging job placement service from the second floor of the building located in Daegu Seo-gu, Seo-gu to operate a fee-charging job placement service from the second floor of the building located in Seo-gu, Daegu, and operated a fee-charging job placement service by providing many and unspecified people with job placement services and receiving 10,000 won as a fee for job placement services.
