A shall be punished by a fine of 5 million won, and by a fine of 2.5 million won, respectively.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2019, at around 06:10, the Defendants: (a) entered the “D” restaurant in Kimhae-si C and 2; and (b) Defendant A entered the said restaurant; (c) attached the victim with a trial expense on the ground that the horses of the victim E (the age of 33) is bad; (d) made the victim leaving the said restaurant; and (e) made the victim leaving the said restaurant; and (e) made the victim taking the face of the victim from the elevator before the elevator; and (e) Defendant B took the face of the victim by drinking.

On the other hand, the defendants continued to flee from the above restaurant to the victim, and the defendant A sold the victim's left side knekne with the victim's head to the right knee with the victim's kne, and the victim's face was taken to the right side with the left hand, and the defendant B sold the victim's face to the left side with the victim's face.

As a result, the Defendants jointly inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the number of days of treatment, influence and influence, etc.

In addition, the sentencing conditions shown in the instant case, such as the age, character and conduct, and environment of the Defendants, shall be determined as ordered in consideration of the various circumstances.
