1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
2. Defendants B, C, D, E, C, and D are punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 10, 2010, Defendant A’s Defendant A committed fraud, and F, G, H (the same day respectively), and I (the suspension of indictment on the same day) committed fraud on December 10, 2010: (a) intentionally caused a traffic accident on the part of the perpetrator and the victim; and (b) conspired Defendant A to receive and divide the agreement amount, etc. from an insurance company; and (c)
On December 10, 2010, around 19:38, the Defendant and F, G, H, and I were on the roads in front of the Western Station located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, by I to board the F driver’s JH car, prior to the boarding of the F driver’s JH car. While he was following the Defendant’s K and H’s boarding on the new Hamst car, he intentionally received the said new Hasop car as the fronter of the said new Hasst car.

Accordingly, the defendant and F, G, H, and I conspiredd to acquire the property from the victim.
2. Defendants A and B committed fraud on February 17, 201, and L, and M (so on the same day) intentionally divided into the perpetrator’s side and the victim’s side, and conspired to have the victim receive and divide the agreement, etc. from the insurance company.
Defendants, L, and M are on the front of the O pharmacy in Gwangju Northern-gu, at around 23:50 on February 17, 201, Defendants and L, and L, and M are on the front of the O pharmacy in Gwangju Northern-gu, Defendant B, prior to Defendant B’s boarding of the K KMM car, and M intentionally while following M while driving a Pknife vehicle.
