Punishment of the crime

The Defendants: (a) divided into E, F, G, H, I, J, etc. and two vehicles; and (b) if the insurance money is paid after being hospitalized in the hospital, the Defendants conspired to walk at each 400,000 won on the part of G, a driver of a sea-going vehicle, to walk.

The Defendants, around 20:00 on February 23, 2012, 200, driven by Defendant A while Defendant B, E, F, and I are in the back seat, and the K C is driving by G, and H is in the front line, J, and Defendant C was in intent to commit a crime after the vehicle of the said K while waiting for a signal while on the back seat.

G around 20:10 on February 23, 2012, by phone call to the Victim Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. and accepting insurance policies with the following false contents: (a) Defendant A was 5,51,930 won in total as the agreed amount, vehicle repair expenses, and the agreed amount on March 8, 2012; (b) Defendant B was 2,184,630 won in total under the pretext of agreement, etc. on March 6, 2012; (c) F was 1,787,420 won in total under the pretext of agreement, etc. on February 28, 2012; (d) 1,697,210 won in total under the pretext of agreement, etc. on February 29, 2012; and (e) 3, 2010 won in aggregate under the pretext of agreement, including the agreed amount, etc.; and (e) 3, 2016, G2936.20 won in aggregate under the pretext of agreement, etc.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to deceive the victim, thereby deceiving 20,341,150 won in total.
