A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 24, 2020, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) around February 24, 2020, at the front report of the C Hospital located in D, D, even though there was no fact that D was taken from the Eknife vehicle operated by D, the Defendant caused the injury due to D’s negligence; and (b) caused D to receive insurance from the F, Inc.
