Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,500,000, and by a fine of KRW 300,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate the said passenger car on the road, which is a person holding a Dagner’s car, and is not covered by mandatory insurance.
