Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a candidate for the D constituency in the election of the C Council members of the 6th City/Do nationwide election, which is held on June 4, 2014.

1. A person who intends to become a candidate for contribution due to the provision of food shall not make a contribution act to a person in the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility, or a person having relations with the electorate even if outside the constituency concerned, or an institution, organization, or facility;
