1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 71,727,247 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to the Plaintiff’s claim, the fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 70,00,000 to the Defendant on June 26, 2015, at the rate of delay damages, at the rate of 15% per annum, and on June 5, 2016 (hereinafter “instant loan”). The Defendant began to delay the payment of the instant loan on October 24, 2017. The Defendant’s obligation of the instant loan remains at the rate of delay from October 29, 2017 to October 24, 2017. The obligation of the instant loan remains at the rate of delay damages at the rate of 1,727,247 won and the principal amount of KRW 70,727,247 as at the time of October 29, 2017, and at the rate of delay damages at the rate of 70,000 principal to the principal amount of KRW 70,000,000.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 71,727,247 won of the principal and interest of this case and 70,000,000 won of the principal and interest of this case, and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum from October 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
