1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 129,744,587 as well as KRW 30,00,000 among them, from July 10, 2018 to the day of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including number 30,00,00 won) and the whole pleadings, the defendant extended 30,000 won from CFederation (D Co., Ltd.) on or around April 13, 2012 and used it with a credit card around November 5, 2009. The plaintiff received claims related to the above loans and credit card bills on or around December 15, 2017. The above facts were notified to the defendant around that time. The sum of principal and interest of the above loans up to July 9, 2018 (including number 30,000,000 won) is 15% per annum, the sum of principal and interest of 30,392,139,139,397, 205, 306, 2015, 306, 106, 305, 2016, 305, 2016, 306, 164.7, 16.7

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
