Punishment of the crime

1. On November 6, 2012, the Defendants suffered from a special obstruction of performance of official duties and operated the Efrancing, designated as a violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, after purchasing from F the XG vehicle.

On December 10, 2012, around 15:50 on December 15, 2012, the police officer I (the age of 51) belonging to the above Public Security Center, which verified that the above vehicle is a multiple-use vehicle, requested the defendant A who was driving the above vehicle, to present an identification card, the defendant A would be punished if he is discovered that the above vehicle is a non-registered vehicle, and attempted to escape.

Accordingly, Defendant A departed from the said car to flee while putting his hand inside the said car and putting the safety belt of the driver’s seat, and Defendant A proceeded with the said car at a speed of about 650 meters at a speed of about 80 km per hour while driving the car at a speed.
