Punishment of the crime

1. A person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs;

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to purchase a vehicle that cannot register the transfer of ownership normally at the office located in Busan-gu, Busan-do, from May 2012 to September 2012 without registering the automobile management business, and conducted a motor vehicle transaction business which is a motor vehicle management business, which is a motor vehicle business, by purchasing a one-time "one-time motor vehicle" and selling it again.

2. Defendant A

(a) In case where the person who has acquired the transferred part of an automobile after the unpaid registration of automobile ownership transfer intends to transfer it to a third party, he shall make the registration of automobile ownership transfer to the competent Mayor/Do governor under his name before transferring it;

From that time to September 2012, the Defendant transferred a vehicle to another person without making a transfer registration in the name of the Defendant through the same method over a total of 12 times as the following crime list.

On May 2012, 1201, Haman acquired a vehicle in front of the Felon E located in Busan, Busan, Busan, with no registration of transfer in the name of the defendant, by transferring the vehicle to another person without making a registration of transfer in the name of the defendant.
