1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,753,550 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from September 10, 2015 to September 30, 2015, and the following.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 24, 2005, the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant building”) entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on the first floor of the factory located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si (hereinafter “instant building”); the entire factory, including the aforementioned part, was referred to as “the entire building of this case”) with respect to the following terms:

B. On March 31, 2011, the Plaintiff continued to enter into a lease contract with the Defendant for renewal or renewal prior to the expiration of the above lease term. On March 31, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract with the Defendant for KRW 40,000,000 (excluding value-added tax), monthly rent of KRW 3,00,000 (excluding value-added tax), and the lease term from April 1, 201 to March 31, 2012 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).
