On October 14, 2015, around 14:23, the Defendant driven the Category B car without obtaining a driver’s license from approximately 150 meters section from the front day of the Tropian Cropian Cropian Dolle, which is located in the Propian Eup, to the three high-speed road located in the same Ri.
