A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2013, around 05:40 on December 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) received a report on the occurrence of a defilite event prior to the C main shop located in Busan Shipping Daegu Building 401; and (b) took the view that E in the circumstances belonging to the D District District of the Shipping Police Station, which called “a bit of a bitbitch,” the Defendant’s arrest of the Defendant as a flagrant offender, and took the view that “a bit of a bitch, police, and a bit of a bitch of a bitch,” and obstructed a police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by assaulting the Defendant on two occasions.
