A The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for five months.

A, Defendant B, and Defendant C are in line with D, and Victim E (Nam, 24 years old) is in line with F.

1. Defendant B committed assault to the victim on December 17, 2019, at around 01:03, the Defendant used assault against the victim by taking five sides of the victim E’s face from Dongcheon-si, G, H, and H’s front path.

가. 폭행 피고인은 같은 날 01:07경 위 H 앞길에서, 제1항과 같이 폭행당한 피해자 E이 인도와 차도에 걸터앉아 있는 것을 보고 그 앞에 쭈그리고 앉아 피해자와 이야기를 하다가 기분이 나쁘다는 이유로 오른 팔꿈치로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 1대 가격하여 피해자에게 폭행을 가하였다.
