Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to sell forest products subject to special management shall indicate the result of the quality inspection received from a specialized institution in such a position that consumers can easily recognize it.

Nevertheless, at around 12:40 on September 8, 2016, the Defendant sold the total of 71 roots of mountain products, which are special management forest products, such as mountain 31 roots in Korea, among those purchased from a person whose name is unknown, that the Defendant cultivated the ginseng cultivated in the dry field by transplanting it to the mountain area of the 4-5-year mountain 40-old mountain 31-old mountain ri, among those purchased from a person whose name is unknown, and did not indicate the result of quality inspection.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold special management forest products without indicating the result of quality inspection.
