B On October 2, 2015, the Daejeon District Court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on October 13, 2015 for the crime of forced indecent act in the Daejeon District Court's red support and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 2, 2015.

When a producer, importer or seller intends to distribute, sell or clear special agricultural products, he/she shall indicate the result of quality inspection in a position easily recognizable to consumers.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired to sell approximately KRW 48,178,50 to an unspecified number of consumers by the name of “F” without indicating the result of quality inspection in the mountain, which is a special forest product purchased from D, etc. from December 4, 2013 to June 22, 2015.
