A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2014 Highest 1248"
1. In order to raise funds for living expenses, etc., the Defendant, along with C (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) that came to know through the Internet website, purchased a gold scam at a gold bank, and was willing to diversify the gold scam, etc. and to steal it after spreading the gold scam.
On May 8, 2014, at around 13:50, the Defendant entered F, operated by the victim E in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with C, and C, with the victim, had set a gold boom, which led to a change in the situation where C had set up one gold blling in an amount of KRW 2 million at the market price from the victim, and C, while receiving one gold blling of the same value from the victim again, escaped with the signal that C, while the gold blling of the same value was received from the victim again, was going back.

2. The Defendant received from the victim 1,067,000 gallon 31 gallon in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
