A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a cand vehicle at the construction site in C, and the victim E (56) is a leader at the site of the above construction site.
