1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, fifty thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

As the representative director of “B”, the Defendant is entrusted with and managed the operation of the C Co., Ltd.

No person shall infringe upon author's property rights or other property rights protected pursuant to this Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or production of derivative works.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around March 28, 2013, copied the video-related videos directly produced and posted by the victim E in the Internet Raba page operated by the victim E within the office of "B" of the Busan Shipping Daegu Building No. 1307, Busan, and then created the secondary copyrighted work of "G" and opened it to C B, thereby infringing the victim's author's property right.
