A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2015 Highest 2240" shall infringe any property right protected by the Copyright Act, such as author's property right, by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, transmission, distribution, lending, or preparation of secondary works.

On December 9, 2014, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Housing 301, connected the Defendant’s Internet web site “D” to the clinic of “E” through a computer, and posted and shared the Defendant’s property right via the said website so that the Defendant could obtain multiple unspecified access to the cinematographic work of “F”, which is the author’s property right of the victim Franchi Limited Corporation (Gmm Ti Hubed).

In addition, from July 7, 2014 to October 1 of the same year, the Defendant infringed on the victims’ property rights at least 11 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Form.

No person of "2015 Highest 2994" shall infringe any property right protected by the Copyright Act, such as author's property right, by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, transmission, distribution, lending, or preparation of secondary works.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, with points obtained on a web lick site, had the intent to post cinematographic works files, which are another person’s author’s property rights, on the Internet web lick site for profit in order to download other cinematographic works posted on the web lick site.

On July 7, 2014, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet web site “G”, and posted and shared a notice to enable a large number of unspecified people to obtain the victim’s author’s property right by accessing the video work “F”, which is an author’s property right, to the “G”, a web site, using a computer, at the Defendant’s residence located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C Housing 301.
