The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an international marriage broker who operates a “B” international marriage brokerage business.

A user who has entered into an international marriage relay contract and his/her counterpart shall obtain personal information (including evidential documents) certified by a notary public of each relevant country, such as the marriage experience, health status (including whether the person has been suffering from AIDS, sexual illness and mental illness), occupation, sexual violence, domestic violence, child abuse, child abuse, and sexual traffic brokerage and coercion, and criminal experience corresponding to imprisonment without labor or greater punishment for the latest ten years, and provide the other party with the personal information (including evidential documents) certified by the notary public of each relevant country in writing.

On January 12, 2020, the Defendant did not provide C personal information, such as a user C ( South, 58 years old) who entered into a contract for international marriage and a DNA (E) of Lao nationality, the other party, with personal information, such as marriage experience, health status (including whether congenital immunodeficiency infection, sex infection and mental illness), occupation, sexual violence, domestic violence, child abuse, sexual traffic, sexual traffic brokerage and coercion, and criminal experience corresponding to imprisonment without prison labor or heavier punishment for the last ten years.
