Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] A certified architect may conduct on-site surveys, inspections, and confirmations of individual buildings for which an application for approval of use has been filed with the competent office under the relevant provisions, such as the Building Act and the Certified Architects Act, on behalf of him/her.
